Description

The Chapitre Rouge is a red Côtes du Rhône wine of great balance and aromatic intensity, born from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. The vineyards, HVE certified, are located on soils rich in limestone and ancient alluvium which promote structure and complexity. It is a wine designed to be accessible and immediate, without sacrificing depth and authenticity.

The grapes are selected per parcel, harvested at full ripeness, destemmed, and crushed, with a long maceration in tanks to extract aromas and tannins in a balanced way. The result is a harmonious wine, ready to drink but capable of expressing intensity and freshness.

It presents a bright ruby red color to the eye. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits and sweet spices emerge, with a hint of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is soft, round, with a nice freshness that makes it pleasant and smooth to drink.

Ideal with herb-roasted lamb, grilled beef, stuffed vegetables, or creamy and aged cheeses.
