Description

Baburu is a Crémant de Limoux Brut sparkling wine produced by Aubert et Mathieu, made from Chardonnay and CheninFBlanc grapes grown on high-altitude clay-limestone terroirs. The name recalls the Japanese word "bubble," evoking lightness and modernity in its organoleptic expression.

The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified according to the traditional méthode traditionnelle, with double fermentation (the second one in the bottle) and subsequent aging on the lees for 18 months, operations that generate a creamy foam and fine, persistent bubbles.

The color is a bright straw yellow, while the nose releases intense aromas of crisp lemon, green apple, and peach, followed by elegant nuances of brioche, hazelnut, and a delicate mineral hint that enhances its olfactory cleanliness.

Ideal for a refined aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish carpaccio or light finger foods, enhancing freshness without overpowering flavors.
