Description

The Quality Sparkling Wine Cuvée dei Frati Extra Brut Metodo Classico comes from a careful selection of grapes grown in the vineyards of the Cà dei Frati company, in line with the finest Italian sparkling wine traditions. The combination of Turbiana and a small percentage of Chardonnay gives the wine a balance between freshness and roundness, paying homage to the enological excellence of the Garda territory.

The winemaking process involves direct pressing of the grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and without malolactic fermentation, to preserve the natural acidity. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for about 24 months on the lees, followed by 4 months in the bottle after disgorgement, achieving remarkable complexity and expressive finesse.

It presents a bright yellow color with green reflections and a fine, continuous perlage. On the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of citrus, white flowers, and peach. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with creamy bubbles that balance the lively acidity, leaving a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and savoriness.

Perfect as an aperitif, it elegantly pairs with freshwater fish, poultry, cold white meats, summer salads, and medium-aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
