Description
The Bris Cuvée Nadir sparkling wine from Belisario comes from selected vineyards of the Upper Esina Valley, and precisely in the Valbona valley, in the Macerata area of Matelica.
It is made exclusively from Verdicchio grapes, which ferment in the absence of oxygen at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. After a short maturation in steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place slowly for 6 months in an autoclave, according to the Long Charmat Method, followed by a month of aging in bottle.
It has a straw yellow color, a balanced foam and a lively and persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with delicate floral sensations of wisteria, accompanied by fruity notes of white peach. In the mouth it proves immediate and easy to drink, soft and elegant.
Bubbly throughout the meal, it is ideal as an aperitif.
