Description
Chardonnay was born on the hills of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, home to excellent wines.
It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. A short maturation in contact with the marc precedes the separation of the must and the pressing of the marc. Alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in oak barrels and the rest in steel containers at controlled temperatures.
The appearance is clear, straw-yellow in color, not particularly intense. The aroma is typical of the grape variety, intense and fruity, with delicate hints of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is full, dry and elegant, on the whole very harmonious.
Chardonnay is a perfect wine to accompany delicate first courses and second courses based on fish.
