Description
Rosso delle Venezie Anima by Angelo Scaroni comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza.
It is mainly produced with Merlot grapes and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Angelo Scaroni's Soul has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a pleasantly aromatic and elegant bouquet, with floral hints of violet and rose, enriched with notes of black currant, black pepper and licorice. In the mouth it is structured and austere, with thick and spicy tannins.
Perfect to accompany braised or grilled meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
