Description

What Type of Wine It Is

The "Dinamico" Box by L’Astemia Pentita brings together Dinamico Uomo and Dinamico Donna, two red wines from the Langhe made from a blend of different varieties separately vinified. The profile is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and marked freshness, designed to accompany meals effortlessly while retaining precision and clarity of expression.

Where It Comes From

The grapes come from the hills of the Langhe, in Piedmont, a region renowned for its outstanding red wines. In this context, Dinamico Uomo and Dinamico Donna offer a modern interpretation of hillside reds, highlighting the interplay between fruit, tension, and carefully measured oak that remains in service of the wine’s style.

How It Is Produced

The varieties making up these two wines are processed separately to preserve each one’s identity; following malolactic fermentation, the batches are blended. The wine then ages for about five months in tonneaux before bottling, allowing a brief passage in wood to integrate the aromatic profile without overpowering the fruit.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it is vinous and fruity, with floral hints and nuances of wood and leather. On the palate, it is fleshy but light as it progresses, with soft tannins and good acidity supporting the sip and accompanying a clean, fruity finish.

Food Pairings

It pairs easily at the table with starters and first courses, thanks to its balance of freshness and tannins. Naturally, it shines with red meats, where its structure and light oaky notes find direct harmony with richer dishes.

When to Serve

This wine is recommended when looking for a red from the Langhe to enjoy with a meal, suitable both for informal dinners and family lunches. Served at the typical temperature for reds, it benefits from brief aeration directly in the glass, helping to highlight the fruit and oak-driven notes. Its style remains immediate and approachable, with balance that invites another sip.
