Description
Spumante De Nit was born in the Raventos i Blanc cellars, in Catalonia.
It is made, following the biodynamic method, from the Mourvedre, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with separate grapes. Follows the assembly of the product and the second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum period of 18 months.
Raventos i Blanc's De Nit has a salmon pink color, with an elegant and soft perlage. It envelops the nose with a scent of berries, strawberries and currants above all, followed by a light floral note and a fresh aroma of bread. In the mouth it is well balanced with a persistent and fruity aftertaste.
