Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2017 E. Pira & Figli - Chiara Boschis

Chiara Boschis' Dolcetto d'Alba was born in vineyards located in the Cuneo municipality of Monforte, in the heart of the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC.

It is produced entirely with Dolcetto grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand starting from September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems around 28 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in steel, to maintain its characteristics of elegance and freshness, and for 2-3 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Dolcetto d'Alba by Chiara Boschis is characterized by a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with a large fruity bouquet of Marasca cherries, wild strawberries and small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and dry, with pleasantly soft tannins.

Perfect to accompany stewed meats, soups and soups, it is ideal in combination with appetizers and fresh cheeses.
