Description
Giacomo Fenocchio's Dolcetto D'Alba was born in vineyards located in the lands of Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont, from a company that concentrates its production around the great red wines.
It is produced exclusively with Dolcetto grapes, harvested towards the end of September. After careful selection, the grapes ferment in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, and for a further period in the bottle.
This Dolcetto D'Alba is characterized by a ruby red color, with lively purple reflections. The nose opens with a fresh and vinous bouquet, with pleasant hints of red fruits. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly bitter and with a balanced body.
Perfect to accompany all meals, it is ideal in combination with appetizers and aged cheeses.
