Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Le Coste 2017 Michele Chiarlo
Description
The Dolcetto d'Alba Le Coste by Michele Chiarlo originates in the most suitable business vineyards located within the Dolcetto d'Alba denomination.
It is produced only from Dolcetto grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. The must ferments in steel with maceration on the skins for 7-8 days at a controlled temperature of 27-28 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in the same containers before being bottled.
It appears ruby red in color with purple hues. The nose has elegant hints of cherry, blackberry and plum, accompanied by notes of violet and almonds to complete the picture. The sip is harmonious and satisfying, with an almondy aftertaste that proves pleasant and inviting.
Ideal partner for appetizers, cold cuts and meat dishes, it is excellent to accompany the whole meal.
