Description

The Dubl Fallen Fruit is a Limited Edition of the Classic Method bubbles of the Feudi di San Gregorio winery and of the "Be Curious" project, in which the winery collaborates with various artists. This edition was attended by the duo "fallen Fruit", made up of Californian artists David Allen Burns and Austin Young. The label is inspired by the work "A portrait of Dionysus", created with spray paint and which occupies the entire facade of the "Botanica" residence in Borgo San Gregorio.

It is a sparkling wine produced mainly from Greco grapes, a noble variety from the Campania region. The refinement of the Dubl Fallen Fruit is 24 months spent in the bottle in contact with its lees.

It has a brilliant golden yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases a complex bouquet, in which notes of courgette flowers blend perfectly with hints of citrus and mango, but also with chalk, yeast and clear mineral perceptions. On the palate it is austere, of great elegance, with a finish of beautiful persistence in which the relationship between grape variety and territory is clearly revealed.

Excellent with risottos, it is perfect in combination with sushi and shellfish. Try it with a lobster au gratin.
