Description
Neromaestri di Quarticello is a Lambrusco produced in Montecchio Emilia, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
It is made up of Lambrusco Maestri for 70% and Lambrusco Grasparossa for 30%, coming from an organic cultivation. The vineyards used have a clayey-sandy soil with low depth gravel. A maceration of the must in contact with the skins for 6-8 days precedes the re-fermentation phase in the bottle, without previous filtration. Refine in the bottle for a period of 6-8 months.
Ruby red in color, it gives off a fruity scent reminiscent of strawberry, cherry and black fruit, with a floral hint of geranium and red flowers. In the mouth the effervescence sharpens the freshness and marks the pleasant drink. Juicy and imprinted on the fruit, it closes in a beautiful persistence.
