Etna Bianco DOC A' Puddara 2019 Tenuta di Fessina

Etna bianco A 'Puddara is produced by the Tenuta di Fessina, a modern Sicilian winery located in Contrada Rovittello. The white Etna di Fessina is made exclusively with Carricante grapes, grown in the Biancavilla area.

The harvest is done in October. The grapes are pressed without prior destemming, then gently pressed. The must ferments in French oak barrels, followed by aging on the fine lees for 6-8 months.

In the glass the wine is straw yellow in color with green reflections. It has a splendid nose, in which hints of citrus and tropical fruit unfold, accompanied by memories of aromatic herbs and saltiness. On the palate we perceive a buttery and savory note, with a mineral and persistent finish.

Excellent with pasta with swordfish ragout, seafood risotto, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
