Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2015 Ognissole

The Primitivo di Manduria Ognissole di Feudi di San Gregorio comes from vineyards, organically run, located inside the estate of Fragagnano, near Manduria, in the province of Taranto.

It is produced with pure Primitivo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 26 ° C, for 8-10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in steel for about 3 months and in bottle for another 2 months before being put on the market.

The Primitivo di Manduria Ognissole by Feudi di San Gregorio has a ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant notes of blackberry and cherry, enriched with spicy hints. On the palate it is warm, rich and velvety.

Perfect in combination with pasta with meat sauces and red meats, this wine is ideal for accompanying mature cheeses.
