Description
Villa Matilde's Fiano di Avellino was born in vineyards located in Lapio and Montefalcione.
It is produced exclusively with Fiano grapes, harvested around the second decade of October. The grapes undergo a cryomaceration at a controlled temperature of 5 ° C, to obtain a greater aromatic extraction. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months before being bottled.
This Fiano di Avellino is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense and persistent aromas, among which pleasant floral notes and yellow fruits stand out enriched by delicate hints of exotic fruits and hints of honey. On the palate it is pleasantly persistent and balanced.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
