Description

Berlucchi's Franciacorta Pas Dosè Cellarius sparkling wine comes from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta.

It is produced 80% with Chardonnay grapes and 20% with Pinot Noir grapes, which undergo a soft and progressive pressing with fractionation of the musts. Subsequently, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a small part in oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine ages in contact with the yeasts for about 42 months, and for further 3 months after disgorgement.

Pas Dosè Cellarius is characterized by an intense straw yellow color, with copper highlights. The nose opens with a fine and elegant perfume, enriched with floral hints and pleasant notes of yellow pulp and red fruit. On the palate it is of great breadth and excellent structure, with a creamy and well integrated acidity. The wine has a very persistent and pleasantly satisfying finish.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats and aged cheeses.
