Description

The Franciacorta Satèn by Ca 'd'Or is made on the gentle hills of Ome, in the province of Brescia, an area with a favorable exposure and excellent ventilation conditions that yield Chardonnay grapes of the highest quality.

The harvest carried out manually precedes a first fermentation in small steel tanks. The bottles rest in the cellar for about 30 months before dégorgement, in the darkness and silence of the cellar.

In the glass it shows a bright straw yellow color and a minute and refined bubble. The olfactory profile opens on notes of bread crust and yellow pulp fruit, with slight nuances of hazelnut and dried figs. In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, with good personality, with a long and balanced finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is excellent to accompany the entire meal admirably.
