Bergamot, with hints of Abate pear and a nuance of acacia flowers, on the nose, the mouth is savory and crunchy, persistent and with a return, on the finish, of the floral trace.

Description

Extra Brut Rosè Brolese is born in vineyards that lie on soils with fine deposits, located in the prestigious area of Franciacorta.

This Rosé is made by assembling Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected by hand. After fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures and maturation on the lees for 7 months, the product is left to referment and refine for 30 months on the yeasts selected in the company.

Extra Brut Rosè Brolese has an orange-pink colour and a perlage of excellent persistence. The nose shows excellent complexity and good finesse, with notes of unripe fruit and citrus that blend well with floral hints of lime and broom and fragrant sensations of bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, thanks to Pinot Noir, and excellent drinkability, a typical trait of Chardonnay.

Excellent to accompany the moment of the aperitif, this Franciacorta Rosè goes perfectly with appetizers and fish-based main courses.
