Description

The Franciacorta Brut from Cantina Lovera originates from Chardonnay grapes grown in Erbusco, in the historic area of Franciacorta. The vines, averaging twenty years of age, are located at an altitude of 300 meters and enjoy a north-east exposure. The free-draining soils provide ideal conditions for producing a wine that fully expresses the character of the territory.

The production process involves vinification in stainless steel for ten months, followed by bottle fermentation according to the Classic Method. Aging on the lees lasts at least eighteen months, a necessary time to achieve a fine perlage and a balanced structure, capable of enhancing the wine's intensity and freshness.

On the nose, it presents a delicate yet decisive bouquet, with citrus aromas, hints of bread crust, and slight floral nuances. On the palate, it is intense, fresh, and persistent, with lively bubbles and good acidity that make it dynamic and pleasantly dry.

It pairs perfectly with grilled shellfish dishes or seafood risottos.
