Franciacorta DOCG Brut Camossi

The Franciacorta Brut di Camossi was born in the company vineyards located between the municipalities of Erbusco, Paratico and Provaglio d'Iseo in the Brescia area.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested entirely by hand once it reaches full maturity. After soft pressing and vinification, a period of aging on the lees of at least 24 months follows, to which are added a further 3 months of aging in bottle after disgorgement.

The Franciacorta Brut of Camossi is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant notes of ripe yellow peach and toasted walnuts, enriched with hints of cherry. In the mouth it is well structured and enveloping, with good acidity and flavor.

This bubble is perfect to accompany fish, shellfish and mollusc dishes.
