Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé, Cuore di cioccolato Bodrato

This package contains two heart products: Contadi Castaldi's Franciacorta Rosé and a heart of dark chocolate decorated with pink and white chocolate from Bodrato.

Franciacorta is born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta. It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir grapes and with Chardonnay grapes, whose harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September. After a short cold maceration and the soft pressing of the bunches, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 20 days. This is followed by a partial malolactic fermentation and refinement, conducted partly in steel and partly in barriques, for 7 months which anticipates the second fermentation, which takes place in the bottle, with a stop of 24-30 months on its lees.
It is characterized by a bright coppery colour. The nose reveals a deep and complex bouquet, with aromas of wild berries and caper flowers, woven around a delicate spiciness. In the mouth it is crunchy and balanced, with hints of pink pepper and red citrus fruits, and a persistent finish on notes of almond milk.

Excellent aperitif, it is able to elegantly accompany all fish-based courses.
