Description
This Brut Satèn was born in the splendid vineyards of the Fratus company in Cologne, in the heart of the prestigious area of Franciacorta.
This sparkling wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, cultivated following faithfully the biological method. The must obtained from the pressing is then fermented at low temperature. A minor addition of sugar during the bottling phase determines a different foam taking, which leads to a lower pressure inside the bottle.
Fratus Brut Satèn is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers spicy sensations, well accompanied by the aromaticity of the yeasts, creating an elegant aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows an exceptional freshness, well supported by an effervescence of great persistence.
It goes well with vegetable dishes and appetizers. It is perfect for the aperitif moment.
