It originates from 100% Chardonnay grapes, the most elegant and softest, grown on a 1.5 hectare vineyard area near Adro. The soils here are characterized by their morainic origin and a silty clay composition. The harvest is done when the grapes are fully ripe and is followed by the vinification of the base wine. Once bottled, it is sent to the second fermentation by adding only natural sugar, obtained from its own grapes. For this reason Brut is expected to stay on the lees for at least 24 months.

At sight it is straw yellow with a beautiful and lively perlage. Yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a mineral texture define the olfactory imprint of this bubble, which in the mouth bewitches with extraordinary finesse and balance. Closes in a rather soft finish.

Ideal to accompany a sole to the miller.
