Description

The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Riserva Baiana was born in the vineyards of the Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the moraine amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on its lees for at least 60 months.

The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Riserva Baiana sparkling wine has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with enveloping aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is elegant and complex, with a great personality.

Perfect to accompany mixed appetizers, elaborate first courses and second courses based on meat and feathered game, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
