Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé Corteaura

Franciacorta Pas Dosè di Corteaura is born in vineyards located in different municipalities of the magical terroir of Franciacorta.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle on its lees for about 40 months, in cellars with a constant temperature of 12-15 ° C.

Franciacorta Pas Dosè di Corteaura is characterized by a straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a firm and constant perlage. The nose opens with a large and fragrant bouquet of dried fruit, enriched with spicy aromas. On the palate it is clean and elegantly toasted, with notes of dried fruit and tropical fruits, and characterized by a pleasantly long and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany cold cuts and cured meats, dishes based on scales and shellfish.
