Description

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Riserva from Lo Sparviere is a selection of Chardonnay grown using the Sylvoz method in the vineyards of Monticelli Brusati, on marl-limestone soils. The eastern exposure and controlled yields ensure finesse and complexity.

After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in 60% steel and 30% wood, with partial malolactic fermentation. The blend includes wines from previous vintages, and bottle aging lasts 72 months on the lees.

The color is an intense straw yellow with golden highlights. The nose reveals notes of pineapple, white peach, and mountain honey, with green spices. The sip is sharp, mineral, savory, and persistent.

Perfect with oysters, creamy codfish, or aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
