Crafted using the Metodo Classico (Traditional Method), it expresses the producer's style through a precise blend of grapes and reserves. The sip is fruity and supported by vibrant freshness. Careful separate processing of the plots and extended aging on the lees give this label great balance and precision.

Where it comes from

The wine originates in the Franciacorta region, faithfully expressing its identity. The grapes come from one hundred and thirty-four vineyards scattered across the production area to ensure excellent aromatic richness. The use of different plots ensures consistency and a highly recognizable character. It is a label that reflects the oenological expertise of Ca’ del Bosco and carefully showcases the nuances of the hilly landscape.

How it is produced

The grapes are hand-picked and vinified separately to enhance their specific characteristics. Before the whole cluster pressing, the fruit is chilled in a cellar and rigorously selected. The final blend unites the musts with the reserve wines. The subsequent bottle fermentation is completed by a 28-month aging on lees, an essential period to shape the structure and breadth of this sparkling wine.
