Description

Dosage Zéro Noir originates from Pinot Noir grapes from three vineyards dedicated to this variety of the Belvedere di Ca 'del Bosco estate, located in the municipality of Iseo.

The bunches collected in small boxes are subjected to a further selection phase. The must ferments in small oak barrels where a great aromatic complexity and expressive power develops without losing elegance. After 8 years and 3 months of aging there is disgorgement and disgorging, without any addition of liqueur d'expeditiòn thus allowing this Blanc de Noir to transmit the terroir of origin in the most sincere and pure way.

Bubbly with a golden yellow color and a fine minute perlage, it brings intense and fragrant toasted and citrus aromas to the nose, with notes of almond and gooseberry. In the mouth it is vigorous and elegant, structured and creamy, with an elegant mineral finish.

Recommended with lobsters and seafood, it is ideal both as an aperitif and in combination with delicate dishes.
