Description
Satén Cesonato was born in the beautiful vineyards of Villa Crespia, located in the prestigious area of Franciacorta.
This satèn is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected by hand. After a fermentation in steel and wood at controlled temperatures, the wine ages for five months in steel and for six to twelve months in oak. Refermented and aged in bottle on the lees for at least thirty months.
Satén Cesonato has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose shows excellent complexity with floral notes of linden, rose and broom which go well with hints of ripe and fragrant fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and very bewitching.
It goes well with shellfish and raw fish, fabulous with oysters.
