Description
Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano di Zorzettig is born in vineyards located in the Udine area of Cividale, in the heart of the Friuli hills.
It is produced exclusively with Tocai Friulano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the second ten days of September. After a short cold maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, on its own yeasts, until bottling.
Friulano di Zorzettig is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a balanced bouquet of floral and citrus notes. On the palate it is soft and warm, with good sapidity and with an elegant aroma that accompanies a pleasantly almondy finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with risotto and soups.
