Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Pinot Grigio 2017 Torre Rosazza

The Pinot Grigio of Torre Rosazza originates in the area of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, representing a label of great territoriality.

100% Pinot Grigio, coming from the mineral soils of the Oleis di Manzano hills, in the province of Udine. From the vineyards located at an altitude between 120 and 170 meters above sea level, the grapes are harvested and transported to the cellar. Here, they are vinified entirely in steel containers and stand for about 6 months on their fine lees. It rests in the bottle for 2 months before being put on the market.

It has a straw yellow color, with a perfume with strong mineral, floral and fruity tones. In the mouth the sip is fine and fresh, elegant in the savory texture and in the body well present but discreet. Its good persistence is evident in its freshness and delicate fruity trait.
