Friuli Colli Orientali Picolit DOCG 2015 Ronchi di Manzano

Ronchi di Manzano's Picolit comes from the "ponca" of the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOCG, from the municipalities of Rosazzo and Manzano, in the province of Udine.

It is obtained exclusively from Picolit grapes, manually harvested in boxes, followed by drying of the bunches on special racks until November. After maceration at 0 ° C, pressing and decanting, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature. Followed by refinement in bottle for 2 months before being put on the market.

Ronchi di Manzano's Picolit appears in the bright yellow glass with copper shades. The nose offers delicate floral aromas, enhanced by elegant hints of yellow fruit. In the mouth it is sweet and balanced, with notes of peach, white chocolate, honey and green tea.

Ideal as a meditation wine, it is perfect at the end of the meal to be served in the company of dry sweets.
