Description

The Pinot di Pinot Brut di Gancia was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Asti and Cuneo hills.

This sparkling wine originates from the assembly of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Pinot Grigio grapes, traditionally vinified in white and stored in steel before the second fermentation. The sparkling process takes place in closed containers, according to the Charmat or Martinotti method.

The Pinot di Pinot Brut has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has aromas of fresh fruit and delicate notes of acacia flowers. In the mouth it shows a light body, with a very pleasant acidic vein.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables.
