Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG Bruno 2018 Broglia

Obtained from grapes from old vineyards planted in the years 1953 and 1955, Gavi Bruno Broglia is produced with 100% Cortese grapes and comes from the best vineyards with southern exposure and located on calcareous and marly soils.

After harvesting the grapes in wooden boxes, the bunches are able to reach the presses intact and carry out fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The great acidity and the strong aromatic component guarantee long-lived wines with character.

The wine has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, with a fine and expressive bouquet, with hints of gooseberry, nuts and elderberry. On the palate it is persistent and fruity, with great balance and a strong aromatic charge.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
