Description

The Gavi Ca da Bosio of the Terredavino company was born in the Cortese vine grown on the hills of the municipality of Gavi, in Piedmont.

It is produced entirely from Cortese grapes, selected and harvested entirely by hand. After a short cold maceration on the skins, the wine ferments in purity. Subsequently it ages for a short period on the lees, where a partial malolactic fermentation takes place.

Gavi Ca da Bosio is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and fresh floral bouquet, enriched with sweet fruity notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fragrant, soft and silky. This wine has a persistent finish.

Perfect to combine with vegetarian first courses and light pasta and rice salads, it goes well with all white meats.
