Description
The Arlaud winery takes care of its vineyards with more than natural cultivation methods. It would be enough to look at the horse training work that the company is carrying out in order to be able to carry out the processing using these "means of transport".
Arlaud's Gevrey-Chambertin is made up of 100% Pinot Noir, coming from vineyards that have their roots in limestone, marly and clayey soils. It matures in oak barrels.
Ruby red, with a nice liveliness. The olfactory profile is made up of red fruits, wild strawberries and currants, with floral nuances of rose petals and a beautiful spicy texture. The sip is characterized by good balance and finesse, with the expressive delicacy of a grape variety that knows how to be tenuous yet strong and a finish as fresh as dark, which dissolves on earthy notes.
To be combined with a roast pigeon breast.
