Description

The Gevrey-Chambertin Les Terres Blanches of Charlopin-Parizot is born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Gevrey-Chambertin.

It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, partly new.

Les Terres Blanches of Charlopin-Parizot is characterized by a lively garnet color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of red fruits, black cherries and white pepper, furthermore, after a good oxygenation it is enriched with earthy and citrus notes. In the mouth it is light and juicy, accompanied by oak notes.

Ideal in combination with duck, goose and game.
