San Juan IG Gran Syrah 3 Valleys Blend 2013 Finca Las Moras

The Gran Syrah of Finca Las Moras comes from the best grapes from the valleys of Tulum, Zonda and Pedernal, in the heart of the renowned wine region of Mendoza.

It is produced with 100% Syrah grapes, harvested and selected by hand in small boxes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 18 months in French and American oak barriques, before being bottled, developing a great variety of aromas and flavors which becomes more and more harmonious with the passing of the years.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet, with aromas of ripe red and black fruit, enriched with notes of pepper, eucalyptus, mint, tobacco, figs and cloves. On the palate it is intense and flowing, pleasantly complex and structured.

This wine is perfect to accompany all lamb and red meat preparations.
