Description
The Grappa Tardiva from Uve Passite from Bottega Spa is obtained from selected bunches of grapes that give rise to Amarone, dried on wooden trusses, in dry and ventilated attics. After a slight pressing, the pomace is steam distilled in small stills and aged in barrique for at least 12 months.
This aged grappa has an amber color. The nose has a complex bouquet with hints of honey, flowers, vanilla, grapes and noble woods. In the mouth it is intense, soft and persistent and expresses on the palate the structure of the vines from which it originates.
Perfect to serve after meals, it is ideal as a meditation distillate or for the preparation of cocktails and long drinks. Try it in combination with dark chocolate.
