Description

The Château Mille Roses Haut-Médoc was born in vineyards, organically managed, located in Macau, in the renowned French wine region of Bordeaux.

It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand between September and October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins for 3-5 weeks, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, carried out entirely in barriques, the wine always refines in barriques for 12 months, before being bottled.

Château Mille Roses has an intense purple color, limpid and bright. The nose opens with hints of ripe black fruit, such as blackberries and plums, enriched with elegant spicy notes due to the passage in barrique. It is voluminous and soft on the palate, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly vanilla finish.

Perfect to accompany game and game, it is ideal in combination with all red meat dishes.
