Hunter Valley AVA Silver Shiraz 2017 Tempus Two

An elegant Australian red wine, originating from the vineyards of southern Australia and from ancient dry-grown vines in the renowned Hunter Valley, expresses the intensely fragrant profile of the Syrah, with which it is produced.

It ferments in oak at low temperature for 5-7 days in order to enhance the varietal aromas. Ripe in stainless steel. A part is transferred instead to American and French oak barrels.
