Description

Jelma's is a sparkling wine born from the passion of the Venetian company of La Tordera for bollcine. It comes from the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Vidor.

Obtained from a blend of Chardonnay Musquè, Pinot Grigio and Glera (60%) grapes, harvested in late August and late September, this bollard rests on noble sediments with continuous batonage and is subjected to a slow frothing.

Jelma's has an intense yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is immediate, with hints of yellow fruit and citrus and delicate notes of jasmine in the background. In the mouth it is fresh and round, with a good base amplitude and great persistence.

To be drunk immediately, this sparkling wine is perfect for an aperitif. Interesting in accompanying spicy dinners typical of Asian cuisine.
