Description

The Josè Zuccardi of the Tito Zuccardi company is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon made with grapes from the Altamira and Gualtallary areas of the Uco Valley in the Mendoza wine region.

With vineyards located at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, after the harvest and selection of the grapes, fermentation is carried out in concrete with the use of indigenous yeasts. Aging for 24 months in large 2500-liter and 500-liter barrels follows.

Medium intensity ruby red, with hints of red and black fruits, notes of wild herbs, green tea and sweet spices that refer to tomato leaves and notes of bitter chocolate. The red fruits return to the palate complemented by a note of eucalyptus and coffee, for a dense wine, perfectly balanced between acid note and vigorous tannin, with an intense and persistent finish.

Ideal with grilled red meats, savory first courses and beef tartare.
