Description

This Salomon Riesling Berrenauslese Bienenfeld comes from vineyards located in the heart of the DAC Kremstal, Austria.

It is obtained exclusively from Riesling grapes, harvested only once the grapes have been attacked by the noble mold Botrytis Cinerea , capable of imparting unique characteristics to the wine.

It appears golden yellow in color. Pleasant musky fragrances stand out on the nose, accompanied by elegant hints of candied lemon. In the mouth it is a riot of freshness and sweetness, never cloying, with a delicate and persistent finish that closes on notes of beeswax.

Perfect together with all fruit desserts, it is excellent in the company of blue cheeses.
