Description

The Chenin Blanc La Minée Haute is a dry white wine produced by Château de Bonnezeaux in the Loire Valley, France. Originating from a plot located at the foot of a quiet and wild valley, characterized by mixed schist and gravel soils, this wine reflects the producer's commitment to enhancing the terroir through certified organic practices.

The winemaking involves a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a 12-month maturation in French oak barrels, without filtration or the addition of sulfites, to preserve the integrity and complexity of the wine.

On the nose, there are notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and honey, while on the palate, a balanced structure emerges with lively acidity and marked minerality, giving the wine a long finish.

It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, or soft cheeses.
