The Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro Nivola di Cleto Chiarli was born in the heart of the production area of the Emilia Romagna DOC wines.
It is produced entirely from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 10-12 ° C.
Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Nivola is characterized by a very intense red color. The nose gives an elegant bouquet of ripe and fresh red fruit. This is a wine with a strong structure and abundant foam.
Ideal in combination with first courses with meat sauces, it is perfect to accompany roast pork or Emilian game specialties.
