Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Secco 2014 Azienda Agricola Manicardi

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Secco di Manicardi is born in vineyards located in Castelvetro di Modena, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna.

It is produced exclusively with Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, harvested only by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method.

This Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro has a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with intense and fragrant aromas of cherry and blackberry, enriched with pleasant vegetal notes. On the palate it is dry and fruity, of good flavor and with a clean and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, this sparkling red wine is ideal in combination with tortellini and all the typical dishes of the Emilian cuisine.
