Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Vigna Cà del Fiore 2014 Azienda Agricola Manicardi

The Lambrusco Vigna Cà del Fiore was born in the hillside vineyards of the Manicardi company, located in Castelvetro di Modena.

This wine is made exclusively from Lambrusco Vigna Cà del Fiore grapes. After the processes of red vinification, the product is placed in an autoclave where it carries out a second fermentation, following the Charmat method.

It has a ruby red color. The nose offers a large fruity bouquet, with notes of red fruits, plum, cherry, black cherry and blackberry. In the mouth it shows a good sapid and acidic streak, accompanied by a very pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Perfect with roasts, it is ideal in combination with grilled white meats and fatty meats such as mortadella.
