Langhe DOC Bianco 2016 L'Astemia Pentita
Description
The Langhe Bianco of the Astemia Pentita company comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Roddino and Canale, in the province of Cuneo.
It is produced with Nascetta and Arneis grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place separately for the two vines, in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in the same containers before being bottled.
This Langhe Bianco has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet brings together the characteristics of the Nascetta and Arneis varieties: while the first brings fresh floral notes, the second enriches with fruity hints reminiscent of pineapple and peach. On the palate it is delicate and harmonious, easy to drink, with a good structure able to satisfy even the most demanding wine lovers.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes and white meats, this wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and eggs.
